Personal introduction

My name is Sathiya Seelan Mariyappan. I was born in Chennai, and my hometown is Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India. I entered the gym in 2015 through my uncle, K. Udhayakumar, and was guided by Arjuna awardee S. Bhaskaran (ICF) as my coach who In 2019, received the national award from Ram Nath Kovind, the President of India. I began training clients in 2018 and became a personal coach in 2019. I earned my nutrition and personal training certifications from Sparkle Fitness Academy. So far, I have coached over 250 clients. Initially, my coaching was only face-to-face, but I now provide excellent virtual coaching services, which are both convenient and beneficial . Currently, I am studying for an international certification (ACE). Since my days as a trainee, I have been passionate about delivering excellent fitness services worldwide. My goal is to contribute to society by providing outstanding coaching and guidance.
